Marines Combat Fitness Test

Hi Coach,

 

Bring discipline, leadership principles, and accountability to your program

on behalf of the United States Marine Corps. The Combat Fitness Test measures functional fitness and can be customizable to best fit your team. 

 

When you sign up for a CFT, Marines come out to your High School and

run your student-athletes through some of the same training they go through: 

  • 880 Yard sprint. 
  • Timed Ammunition Can overhead press. 
  • Movement Under Fire course.

There are a limited number of CFTs available per city. If you would like a

CFT at your school, please fill out this form.

Here are the details: 

  • The CFT takes 1-2 hours to complete and it is completely free.
  • The Marines will bring their own equipment.
  • Let the Marines see which players can push themselves mentally.
