Hi Coach,
The easiest way to learn & teach The Princeton Offense is to break it down to it’s core form.
It’s not as difficult as you think once you learn how to do this.
This is how you do it…
Think of The Princeton Offense as four offenses in one.
THAT’S IT. It’s that simple. At it’s core!
When you watch good collegiate
teams run Princeton…
What you see is all four of these offenses (or series) pieced together.
The Four Series are:
- The Low Post
Series
- The Chin Series
- The Point Series
- The Open Series
Do you know which one of these is run the most?
The answer...Chin.
Do you know why?
It’s the easiest of the four… Back Screen, Drift Screen, Back Screen Drift Screen….
This is (to it’s core) why The Flex offense was so popular among high school coaches.
Flex Screen, Down Screen, Flex Screen, Down Screen.
Everyone has the players to run Princeton.
The
trick is choosing the right series that best compliments your personnel.
Tomorrow… Thursday, August 31st there will be
a FREE ZOOM Training breaking down how to choose the right Princeton Series for your players, and show you that not only can you run Chin as a continuity…
But every other Princeton Series as well!
