This is 4-weeks of a properly programmed and progressed training protocol designed by certified collegiate strength coaches.
The training system is a 5-day, 4-week program. These 30-45 minute sessions are focused on the key elements of strength & conditioning including weight training, body weight movements, plyometric training, and metabolic training.
