In today's game one of those new concepts that is taking the game by storm is the 5-Out Offense.
The 5 Out Offense is a system where coaches have a lot of freedom to be creative and take advantage of their players' strengths
In this positionless offense you can decide what type of actions make sense for the team that you have.
Then the 5-Out offense allows you use those actions to take advantage of your players strengths and put the defense in position where it is always “wrong”
Once you have the actions picked then you need to get really good at the concepts.
But, what are the concepts?
The concepts consist of the fundamentals that make any great offense. Concepts include details like spacing, cutting, attacking gaps and PNR.
