No matter which option you choose the 30 Day Challenge will begin Monday, July 6th
Each 4-week program is designed to elicit change in your BODY, your MIND, and your HEALTH. Within these 30 days is everything from warm-ups, to strength training, core workouts, finishers and cardio.
Designed specifically for YOU, the coach. We understand your time is limited. Which is why the workouts are 30-45 minutes long and programmed 3 to 5 days a week.
The program is designed to produce noticeable results in the shortest amount of time possible
The goal is to be the fittest and healthiest you can be before the summer ends.
Four weeks of hard work, good coaching, and a commitment from you will produce results that you find hard to believe. (see the picture below)
