Hi Coach,

I do not need to tell you that Tony Bennett is a good coach...you know it and so does everyone else.

He has his team just two victories away from a National Championship.

There are a lot of reasons why Virginia is so good this year and every year. (He has won 73% of his games since arriving on campus)

First of all Coach Bennett is a great leader. He has done a masterful job of helping his team deal with the disappointment in last year's tournament and channeling their energy and focus on their goals for this season.

In addition, his use of the Blocker-Mover Offense in combination with the Pack Line Defense creates a style of play that allows him to control the pace and win games without having a line-up filled with 5-star athletes.

As I mentioned yesterday, the Cavaliers are 4th in the nation in both offensive and defensive ratings.

They are well balanced, disciplined and have great leadership from the top down.

I would call that a recipe for success.
