Hi Coach,

The coach that I like to study the most is Brad Stevens.

I believe he is the most creative coach in the profession.

I loved the way his teams played at Butler and the Celtics play a beautiful brand of basketball utilizing ball movement and great spacing.

He has an uncanny ability to pull the best pieces from other systems, combine them with his concepts and create something new.

His positionless system is highly effective and is the future of our game.
