For Your Team Leaders
August 20, 2009 I know that he is a very gritty and hard nosed player, but it bothers me that Brett Favre can say that he is a good teammate after skipping training camp.
I hope that our players do not think that it is okay to be a team leader and then look for ways out of the difficult times.
I am sending this out in hopes that it will give you some fuel to fire leadership by example in your players
