Triangle Delay
I like this triangle delay, which I call Iowa. I got it from our girls' coach Jim Swaney when I was at Winamac.
We have used it both as a delay to kill the clock at the end of the game and as an offense to score when we are being pressured and want to spread the defense to attack the basket.
