Conditioning with a Basketball

Here is an idea if you are a coach who likes to condition with a basketball.
 
Most of us probably do the chair drill, but I thought that throwing the long pass and then chasing it is a good way to get players to run from end to end in drills rather than walking/jogging, and it keeps the conditioning going.
