Steve Smiley is the Head Men's Coach at Sheridan College and is signed up to receive the daily e-mails. He and I have e-mailed back and forth several times over the past year or so.

 

Steve has a website and on one of his pages, he has links to over 50 downloadable coaching handouts.  The topics range from Stength and Conditioning, to Individual Workouts, to Motivation and Leadership.

Steve is the author of the book "Playing for Coach Meyer." which I just completed reading.  I have always been a big fan of Coach Meyer's and really enjoyed the book.  It give you a perspective of his program from a player's point of view. 

 

Another aspect of the book I liked is that in addition to Steve's point of view, he included several short anecdotes and stories written by other players, assistant coaches, and administrators going back to Coach Meyer's early years at Lipscomb.
