As you know, I am a big John Maxwell fan.  Here is a link to parts one
and two of an article that he did on principle centered planning.  It is
easy to just run drills and plan practice activities without spending some
deep thought about what is most important to the development of our
players, teams, and programs.  Today's quote is another thought along
those lines.

I hope these articles give you some tools to become a more effective
planner and make a bigger impact on your program. While you are
