Since I started sending these e-mails, my goal has been to send out an
offensive concept, a defensive concept, a player development drill, something
about team building, and something about program development. I truly
believe that we have to have balance in all of those areas to become the

Just like anything else, I have learned that different coaches in this group
have different things they are looking for, so that is another reason that
I strive to offer ideas on those various topics.

I feel that the one factor that ranks ahead of the others in terms of
winning games is player development. I have not done a very good job
