Over the past two years, I have had a goal to find and provide
resources and ideas that would be valuable to coaches. When
I began working with April (McDivitt) Foster, Ed Schilling, and
Josh Stinson, we all had that same goal in mind when we put
together the videos, audios, screencasts, e-books, webinars,
