Favorite Perimter Development Drill
Yes, I have sent this out previously. I picked it up at a coaching
clinic from Coach Cliff Hawkins. The page has both a video and
a written explanation. I didn't do a very good job in making the
video. It only shows one round of the drill. When you run the
drill, make sure that your players shoot from all of the floor.
Our players have really enjoyed doing this drill, and as a result
have worked at it very hard. I really think that it has led to a lot
of improvement, that is why it is my favorite perimeter drill.
