Quickness and Reaction Drill

Here is a drill to look at as you are thinking about your pre-season
conditioning. It is in my shop. I heard from a couple of coaches who
could not see the videos in the shop with AOL and on an i-phone. I
appreciate any feedback and am working on correcting that problem.
