Conversion Drill
 
This is one of my favorite defensive conversion drills.  In my opinion,
to be a team that is tough to play against, you have to force the opponent
to play against your half court defense as much as possible by being
a great defensive conversion team with the goal of making them play 
you 5 on 5 in the half court
