Post Player Development Drill
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving weekend and that your
season is off to a great start!
I like a couple things about this drill. One, rather than standing in
line, the players are working on dribbling. Two, the two ball overload
and the contact the receive when finishing makes the drill harder
than a game.

I don't like the boxing glove for the contact. I prefer to use an air
