I have sent this out each spring because I think it is the 
best shooting drill that our players have used.  Our players
like it and as a result go hard during the drill.  I like it 
because it puts some pressure on their shots and free
throws.  

 

When I shot the video, I should have done a better job
of showing shots from several angles.  The players should
use the entire court.  The video only shows straight on shots,

but during the course of the drill they should from as many
angles and spots as possible.
